Dutch artist Piet Parra needs no introduction as his work has had major influence in the world of art, streetwear, and most certainly sneakers. He’s responsible for what are deemed some of the most coveted Air Max 1 collaborations in history – 2005’s “Amsterdam” iteration and 2010’s groundbreaking release with neighboring shop Patta. This July 21st, Parra will release yet another Air Max 1 that features several artful details such as bold diagonal striping on the toe and heel, polka dots, custom insoles, his signature colors on the outsole, and his Parra logo embroidered at the forefoot. Air Max 1 fans don’t need any convincing – these are a MUST COP. Expect these to hit select retailers on July 21st.
