Eleven Madison Park: The Next Chapter: Stories & Watercolors, Recipes & Photographs is divided between stories and recipes. The first volume is a look at Chef Daniel Humm’s signature dishes along with personal reflections and lessons learned. Volume two is made up of 100 recipes divided by season with beautiful photographs and standout watercolor illustrations. 11,000 copies of the deluxe slipcase collection are available, each numbered and hand signed by the authors.
